You’ve searched for a beautiful countryside estate with a chic, sophisticated venue, but all you have found are cheap looking metal buildings or old animal barns that have been converted into event spaces. Your search is finally over — Memphis and the surrounding area finally has a brand new, purpose built wedding venue with everything on your wish list!

What is included?
Brand new 12,000 square foot event center that is bright, white, and flooded with natural light, which makes your photos stunning! Just ask your photographer what a difference this will make.
Separate, large bride and groom quarters for day-of activities (pictured below). The guys side has a shower in case they get sweaty playing games outside on the lawn. The Bride’s room has tons of natural light, 4 makeup stations, and a changing area with a privacy curtain.
Huge 16 x 96 foot porch overlooking the meadow, great for a cocktail hour.
Lakeside patio, perfect for your ceremony or cocktail hour.
New Ceremony Site amongst the trees in the Oak Grove with bench seating.
Hundreds of free-to-borrow decor items in Joanie’s “Something Borrowed Room” to decrease decor costs for you.
Tables and chairs are included - round, cocktail, and farm style rectangular tables. Up to 350 folding chairs at the ceremony site and up to 250 cross back chairs inside the reception hall (renting these can cost you a fortune!).
Booked couples can come out for an engagement photo session anytime on our 150 acres.
Fully equipped Catering Kitchen that makes it easy on your caterer, which leads to greater satisfaction for everyone! All caterers tell us how much they love working out of our kitchen.
We have 2 Ice Machines which will save you roughly $500-$800 that bar tenders typically charge to buy and transport ice to the venue.
An amazing bar that Scott Boyd, owner of Bar Ties Bartending, said was his dream setup. We have a double Kegerator — you can have beer on tap and save money on buying individual beer cans.
We allow you to choose your own vendors (catering, bartender, florist, etc.). This allows our couples to save or spend how they choose. We would never require you to use our vendors so that we get a monetary kickback at your expense.
Covered handicap accessible entrance for handicapped or elderly family members.
3 easy payments instead of 2 — a non-refundable deposit of $3000 and then the remainder split in half due at 9 months and 2 months out.
3 different ceremony sites with 8 different setup looks. Tell us where you want the ceremony and we can make it happen.
2 different indoor rain contingency options, should it be stormy on your big day.
Exciting lighting system on the dance floor to turn your reception into a rave late into the night if you choose.
We also offer an optional “Get Away Car,” a fully restored Black 1958 Cadillac Coupe de Ville, for a fee to our couples. Seen here on the website.
